🕹️ Retro Club – a unique private venue in Vaasa
Retro Club is a one-of-a-kind rental venue in Vaasa, combining nostalgic atmosphere with a variety of entertainment options.
🎯 For kids and adults:
A nostalgic bar-like setting, karaoke, air hockey, pool table, darts, poker with cards and chips, and classic gaming consoles: Super Nintendo, 8-bit Nintendo, and Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart Deluxe (for up to four players).
A small sauna (3–4 people), kitchen equipment, a coffee maker, and dishes are also available.

Located very close to Vaasa city center, making the venue ideal for all kinds of private events – parties, game nights or small gatherings.

💶 Prices & terms
Rental prices:
Fridays & Saturdays and holiday eves: €490 (13:00–08:00, includes cleaning)
Full weekday rental (Sun–Thu): €300 (includes cleaning; not valid on holiday eves)
Half-day weekday rental: €85 / 4 hours (12:00–21:00), extensions available for €15/h
Rental conditions
To keep the venue pleasant for all and ensure continued rental operations, please read the following terms carefully:
Age limit, serving alcohol & ticket sales
- The person booking the venue must be at least 18 years old. (We may rent to minors on weekdays for e.g., hobby use.)
- Alcohol may only be served and consumed by adults (18+).
- If your event includes alcohol sales or open bar, the renter is responsible for acquiring any necessary permits (e.g., temporary serving license).
Ticket sales are subject to permit requirements. The renter is responsible for all legal obligations, permits, and notifications.
Rental period & keys
Keys are handed over at 13:00 on the day of the rental.
Please leave the keys inside the venue when leaving.
Viewing the space
You may book a separate visit prior to your event to see the space in advance.
Payment
Payment is due before the event, at the time of key handover.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Card payment / MobilePay
- Cash on site
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the 24h rental, but shortens the rental time in the morning.
Cleaning starts at 08:00, which means your event must end and the venue must be empty by that time.
Extra cleaning
Basic cleaning is included. However:
- A charge of €50 per instance applies for cleaning bodily fluids.
- €50/hour will be charged for extra cleaning in case of intentional mess beyond normal use.
- The venue must be in condition for the next customer by 13:00.
Other terms
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event. Otherwise, a €100 cancellation fee applies. Exceptions may be considered in case of serious reasons.
- Silence outdoors after midnight, as there are residential buildings nearby.
- The renter is responsible for any damage or disturbance caused during the rental period.
- A surveillance camera monitors the outside area.
